**Pet Policy:**
2 - A maximum of 2 pets are allowed per unit.
- Each pet must not exceed a weight of 30 lbs.
- There is a one-time, non-refundable pet fee of $200.00 per pet, along with a refundable pet deposit of $200.00 per pet.
- Pet rent is $35.00 per month for each pet.
- Dogs must undergo DNA profiling for a one-time lab fee of $65.00 per dog.
**Parking:**
Each unit is assigned one covered parking space at no charge. Additional covered parking spaces are offered at $50.00 per month, pending availability.
**Additional Recurring Expenses:**
- Water, Sewer, and Trash: $62.00 per month per unit.
- Internet Service (Google Fiber): $60.00 per month for high-speed 1 Gig internet, with options for upgrade available.
-Tenants are responsible for setting up Natural Gas and Electricity accounts in their name and pay the utility companies directly for their usage.
-Tenants are required to provide a certificate of Renters Insurance. Alternatively, they can opt to pay Millcreek Towers $10.00 per month per unit for $100,000 in Renters Legal Liability coverage.
